Davinia Andrew-Lynch is a literary agent and the founder of boutique agency, ANDLYN. Initially specialising in children's and YA Fiction, she is now expanding her list to represent a focused list of adult authors of commercial genre fiction. Davinia is a former agent of Curtis Brown and co-created the FAB PRIZE in association with Faber Children's, which is now going into its fifth year. Prior to this she was an associate film/TV agent and freelance editor.

Drawing from her experience and skills, Davinia aims to offer her clients a tailored and intimate service with 360 degree ambition. She is always looking for big bold stories which find humour in the worlds they create and introduce us to characters we just can’t forget.

Emma Bal is a Literary Agent at the Madeleine Milburn Agency specialising in non-fiction books across subjects like history, the arts, social sciences, politics and cookery. Before becoming an agent, she spent over a decade working in publishing houses, as Head of Publicity at Bloomsbury and before that as a publicist at Penguin Press. She is always looking for ambitious thinkers and writers from diverse backgrounds, who are passionate about sharing their ideas with the world.

Bobby Nayyar is a programme manager and writer. He started his career in publishing at Faber and Faber, Little, Brown Book Group and founded his own imprint, Limehouse Books. He has also managed Equality in Publishing and Wasafiri Magazine’s digital presence. At Spread the Word he works on the London Writers Awards, Wellcome Collection Non-Fiction Awards, Early Career Bursaries for London’s Writers, Lewisham Writes and regular programme of workshops and events. He has written two novels and a collection of poetry.
