Meet the Editors is back with an evening of discussion and the opportunity to network with editors from Transworld, a division of Penguin Random House.
Meet the Editors will feature short talks and panel discussion from leading editors from Transworld, a division of Penguin Random House covering the fiction market, including Literary Fiction, Crime & Thriller, Upmarket Fiction and Commercial Romance. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and network over drinks and nibbles. The panel includes Kirsty Dunseath (Publisher, Doubleday), Finn Cotton (Editorial Director, Bantam), Lara Stevenson (Commissioning Editor, Bantam) and Rose Green (Commissioning Editor, Doubleday).
Bursary

He has edited and published authors such as Stuart MacBride, Sarah Pearse, Andrea Mara, Robert Thorogood, and Denzil Meyrick.

Kirsty Dunseath began her career at Jonathan Cape and then The Women’s Press in the 1990s. She went on to join the Weidenfeld & Nicolson imprint of Orion in 2002, where she remained for 16 years, publishing bestselling authors including, most notably, Gillian Flynn, whose book Gone Girl has now sold 4.3 million copies. Her other publishing successes have included Carlos Ruiz Zafón’s The Shadow of the Wind, Laura Barnett’s The Versions of Us. She also published the Call the Midwife series by Jennifer Worth, that went on to inspire the hit TV series.
